Piney Grove UMC to hold conference, decorate

Piney Grove United Methodist Church, 2963 Airport Road, will hold the annual Charge Conference at noon in the fellowship hall. Light refreshments will be served. Members will decorate for the Christmas season at 2 p.m. Volunteers are needed. For more information call the church office, 767-4765.

DTI provides Thanksgiving dinner and clothing

First Presbyterian to serve Thanksgiving dinner

First Presbyterian Church, 213 Whittington Ave., will serve their first community Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving day in the fellowship hall. All are welcome.

Consolidated MBC to convene at Union Baptist

The Consolidated Missionary Baptist Church Convention of Arkansas will convene Sunday through Wednesday at Union Baptist Church, 217 Gulpha. The pre-musical will be presented by the Southwest District Association and will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center at 7 p.m. Sunday. The program will include music, drama and liturgical dance.

SDA to hold Thanksgiving and Unity Worship

The Southwest District Association will hold its first Thanksgiving and Unity Worship service at noon Sunday at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The guest speaker will be Chris Davis, of St. Paul Baptist Church, Memphis, Tenn. D.R. Crossley will be moderator. All are welcome.
