Patsy R. Mills

Patsy R. Mills, age 88, of Hot Springs, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

She was born on Dec. 20, 1927, in Dover, the daughter of James Tucker and Lela Bewley Tucker. On June 11, 1953, she married Hubert Mills.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, David Leaton; one great-grandchild, Austin Leaton; and three brothers, Harry Tucker, Harold Tucker and Paul Tucker.

Patsy was the co-owner of Hubert Mills Construction.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Hubert G. Mills, of Hot Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, J.B. and Joyce Mills; two daughters and sons-in-laws, Debbie Mills Matlock and Todd Matlock, and Roxana and Bobby Brown, all of Hot Springs; five grandchildren, Sean and Sara Mills, of Broken Arrow, Okla., Brian and Jennifer Mills, of Fayetteville, and Beth and Jeff Sheets, Robyn and Scott Miller and Julie and Brian Clark, all of Hot Springs; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Debbie Tucker, of New Braunfels, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends.

Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, in the Crestview Memorial Park with Sean Mills and Brian Mills officiating, under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
