Levi Transit ons Counseling
Q. “What is Levi Transitons Counseling and who is it for?”
A.Levi Transitions Outpatient Behavioral Health provides outpatient counseling for adults who suffer from depression and anxiety, as well as other disorders that impair their ability to live normal lives. The program helps people who are facing significant life issues such as relationship problems, difficulty coping with stress, and bereavement. Referrals to the program are made by family doctors and various local agencies, as well as by individuals themselves. The goal of Transitions treatment is to help clients re gain peace and stability, as well as a sense of meaning in their lives. The focus is not only on helping clients recover from life problems, but also on helping them discover strengths and positive aspects of their lives that can enable them to maintain their s ta bility on ce they leave the program. Transitions clinical and support staff work to maintain a safe and supportive environment in which clients can improve. Therapy is provided by licensed therapists who are trained and experienced in working with the mental health issues that adults face. In addition to the therapists, Transitions has on staff a full time registered nurse and an advanced practice nurse. The program is over seen by aboard-certified psychiatrist. Management of clients’ psychiatric medications is included in the services that Transitions provides. If you or someone you know suffers from feelings of emptiness or sadness, difficulty sleeping (or sleeping too much), low energy, loss of interest, racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, no appetite, negative self-worth, or thoughts about dying, please give Transitions a call at (501) 622-3580. A preadmission inquiry will be scheduled to determine if Transitions services can be helpful to you. Services that Levi Transitions provides are covered by Medicare and most insurances.
