John T. Crockett
John Thomas Crockett, 29, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Saturday March 25, 2017.
He was born Sept. 8, 1987, in Donelson, Tenn., to David W. Crockett Sr. and Dorothy B. Crockett. He had a great passion for music, from singing songs to playing the guitar. He loved football and baseball, being a No. 1 Vanderbilt fan along with being the No. 1 Cub’s fan. John was such a Godly man and also a wonderful Family Man that was always taking care of his wife and children.
John is survived by his wife, Elesha N. Crockett; four children: Emily, Caleb, Aaliyah and Raylena, all of Hot Springs, Ark.; father, David W. Crockett Sr.; mother, Dorothy B. Crockett, both of Coweta, Okla.; mother-in-law, Elizabeth M. Friday, of Hot Springs, Ark.; father-inlaw, Robert L. Roker and his wife, Lisa Roker, both of Hot Springs, Ark.; brother, David W. Crockett Jr. and his wife, Beverly Crockett, both of Smyrna, Tenn.; sisters, Elizabeth M. Crockett and Rebecca A. Crockett, both of Coweta, Okla.; four brothersin-law, Dan Lee, Robert, Sean and Todd; five sisters-in-law, Beth Ann, Laura, Bobbi, Erin and Rachel; 20 nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and one great-nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Blackwood; paternal grandparents, Edwin and Peggy Crockett; one brother-in-law, Larry McDonald; and Baby Crockett.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday April 1, 2017, at New Life Church with friends and family officiating.
