Stephen L. Neal

Stephen Lee Neal, 67, of Hot Springs, passed away Oct. 26, 2017.

He was born May 21, 1950, in Helena, Ark. He lived and farmed in eastern Arkansas until 1986, when he moved to Hot Springs and opened State Beauty Supply with his wife. Steve never met a stranger and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He thrived on the outdoor life, which he shared with his close friends and family.

Steve is preceded in death by his father and mother, Marion and Mary Lee Neal, and his sister, Janie.

He is survived by his daughters, Michelle, Stacy and Brooke; and their mother, Vicki. He also leaves behind son-in-law, Brad; sister and brother-in-law, Jim and June; grandchildren, Taylor, Sawyer, Brandon, Layton, Hunter, Noah and Avery; and great-granddaughter, Hailyn; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Hot Springs Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Rick Thomas officiating.

Burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Bismarck, Ark.

Pallbearers are Brad Heston, Sawyer Milligan, Brandon Heston, Layton Teague, Hunter Heston and Noah Heston.

Arrangements are with Hot Springs Funeral Home.
