Paws and Claws Rescue Adoptathon is held from 11
a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays at Petco in Cornerstone Shopping Center. PACR is dedicated to caring for homeless pets in the community through adoptions, community awareness, fostering from their homes while caring for companion animals until forever homes can be found. Hot Springs Toastmasters will meet at 8 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel Room at National Park Medical Center, 1910 Malvern Ave. The meetings are in the east wing of the hospital, on the left when looking at the hospital from Malvern Avenue. Enter from under the portico. All former Toastmasters and interested guests are welcome. There is no charge to come see what the club is about. Refreshments offered.
