Earth Angel

-

The city’s curbside recycling is the Earth Angel Recycling Program. A progressive recycling program is the best way to deal with overburdened landfills, protect the environment and reduce costs. By taking part in the Earth Angel Recycling Program, you have the opportunity to help ensure a healthy future for your community.

The “Earth Angel” program collects the following materials: aluminum cans, brown paper grocery bags, corrugated cardboard, plastic grades Nos. 1 and 2, newsprint, telephone books, leaves, grass and small brush.

The city will furnish the container and a calendar of scheduled collection days. The container should be placed curbside prior to 6 a.m. for pickup. If you aren’t currently participating the Earth Angel program and would like to get involved, call 321-6911.
