BISMARCK — Gilda Jo Phillips-Swayze, 44, of Bismarck, Ark., passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019.

She was born June 6, 1974, in Malvern, Ark.

Survivors include her children, Cameron Phillips and Katherine Swayze; mother, Freda Bosley; and brother, Charles Bosley.
