Faces Foundation ‘thanks’

-

Dear editor:

On behalf of the Faces Foundation (Ernie Hinz and myself) I want to personally thank everyone involved in the successful outcome of our Gowns & Boots Bash fundraising event held at Crystal Ridge Distillery. The success of this event would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Karen Boyd, Rollin Caristianos, Matt Cox, Aaron and Jennifer Varney, Bobby Dennis, Larry Wilson, Barbie Weatherford, Melanie McElrath, Pam White, Sissi Bennett, Vicki Hinz, Helen Bumpas, Donna Hill, Cathy Caver, Lynda Kass, Dr. Gina Thomason, Candy Quast, Sytana Eggleston, Nick Stover, Douglas Alan King, Neal Gladner, and our hometown Bellaire Buffs (Tom French, Bill Glisson, Steve Glisson, Jennifer Evans, Larry Womack, Dave Regan, John Van Houten, and John Homer Wright).

We had a full house and a wide variety of exceptional food thanks to Ambrosia Bakery, Angels in the Park featuring Chef Rosario, Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, Bones Chophouse, Capo’s Tacos, Chef Paul, Hotel Hot Springs, Steinhaus Keller, Taco Mama, and the Vault featuring Chef Brian. Please support these restaurants and thank them again on the Faces Foundation’s behalf.

A special thanks to our major sponsors — Bob Edmonds, Cabe Foundation, Suellen Hales, Simmons Bank, Zeiser Wealth Management, Porter Dental, Elite Crete Midsouth, First Security Bank, Wilson Entertainment & Consulting, Suzanne & Dr. Earl Babbie, Arvest Bank, Morris Foundation, and Relyance Bank. Also to our live auction sponsors — Chrysalis Day Spa & Skin Care, Lauray’s Diamond Center, LuckE-Strike, Jimmy Houston, Arego’s, Real Estate Needs & Wants, Inc., Cox Auctions, Aspire Wealth Builders, Splash Wine Bar, Dr. Michael DeRuyter, Diamond Dance Company, Dr. Gina and Terry Thomason. Other contributors include Hot Springs Broadcasting, Mountain Valley Water and our host Crystal Ridge Distillery as well as more than eighty additional “in-kind” sponsors.

A final thanks to all of you in the community and throughout the state that attended the first annual Gowns & Boots Bash. Thank you for supporting the Faces Foundation and our vision of “Changing Lives One Face at a Time.”

Dr. Daron Praetzel Hot Springs
