Religion briefs St. Thomas Revival begins Sunday

St. Thomas Chapel Baptist Church, 347 Grove St., will host revival nights starting at 6:30 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday.

Guest speaker Minister Travallis Y. Stephens Sr. will speak on “Restoring our Relationship with God by Renewing our Minds.”

St. Mark celebrates 60th anniversary

St. Mark Baptist Church, 542 Crescent, will observe its 60th Church Anniversary at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The theme is “The Church’s Heart’s Desire and Prayer to God for Such a Time as This.”

The guest will be Elder David Withers and Living Waters Church of God in Christ.
