Moms Demand Action to meet today at library

The Hot Springs chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense for America will meet at 6 p.m. today in the Garland County Library auditorium.

Joyce Schimenti, candidate for House District 22, which encompasses Garland County, will be the guest speaker. She will discuss her campaign and answer questions about her views regarding gun safety legislation.

“All individuals interested in promoting common-sense gun laws and ending the epidemic of gun violence in this country are encouraged to attend,” a news release said.
