Natalie A. McConnell

-

Natalie Ann McConnell, “Nat Nat,” 33, of Hot Springs, passed away Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020.

She was born Jan. 9, 1987, in Hot Springs.

Natalie was a faithful friend, forgiving and showed great compassion; she had a unique ability to listen and understand. Natalie was a hard worker and she loved animals. Fishing and the outdoors were her favorite activities. Natalie was genuine and truly cared for others; she had the sweetest soul. Nat Nat was smart — smarter than she ever gave herself credit. Natalie had a way with words and loved to write. Natalie loved to be there for others; so many people have referred to her as their best friend. I think that’s because she was always there for everyone, no questions asked. Nat Nat never judged anyone; she just listened and loved people for who they were. Life had a way of knocking her down, but she was always positive and never let the hard times take her kindness. Natalie always smiled and gave the best hugs (despite being so skinny, lol), she loved with her whole heart. Natalie was predeceased by her stepmother, Teresa McConnell.

Survivors include her father, Stuart McConnell; mother, Sarita Casement (Mark Hollingshead) McConnell; brother, Nathan (Erin) McConnell; grandmother, Judy Casement; stepsister, Tonja Hogue; stepbrother, Joseph Hogue; many aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
