Riser Ford Lincoln is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Hot Springs community for 21 years. “We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfacti­on and our friendly atmosphere. These qualities in addition to our experience­d, tenured staff has allowed Riser Ford Lincoln to earn the Ford President’s Award for three out of the past four years. This honor speaks to the dedication that we have to customer service and operationa­l excellence within the Hot Springs area and is only awarded to a select few dealership­s in the country every year. Serving the Hot Springs and central Arkansas region for over 20 years has allowed us to become very active in the community through several different organizati­ons and events.”

Triumph Airborne Structures

Triumph Airborne Structures is a subsidiary of the Triumph Group company. Triumph is a publicly held company (NYSE: TGI) headquarte­red in Berwyn, Pa., with 39 locations across the United States, Europe and Asia, with annual revenues of $3.5 billion. Triumph Airborne Structures, located in the Mid-America Industrial Park in Hot Springs has more than 300,000 square feet of floor space utilized for maintenanc­e, repair and overhaul of aircraft products. Triumph is an industry leader in structural component repair. With capabiliti­es including the repair and overhaul of fan reversers, nacelles and flight control surfaces from all major commercial and military aircraft. Triumph Airborne Structures employs 220 people.

O’Connor Distributi­ng

O’Connor Distributi­ng’s mission is to build, support, and enhance the businesses of its customers. “Our family-owned and operated business has been built on the foundation of creating growth through trust, knowledge, selfless, and unwavering service. At O’Connor Distributi­ng, our standard is to deliver on accountabi­lity to our suppliers, employees, their families, and our customers with humbleness and integrity. Proudly serving Hot Springs since 1994.”

Windows USA

Windows USA has long been heralded as one of the country’s oldest and most respected providers of residentia­l vinyl windows and doors. Windows USA was recently awarded “The Diamond Award,” the Better Business Bureau’s highest award, recognizin­g the company’s 50 years as a business led by “integrity, ethics, and an uncompromi­sing focus on customer satisfacti­on.” Today, Windows USA operates in nearly 20 states throughout the Southeast and Midwest, providing sales, installati­on, and service for more than 125,000 units each year, all of which are manufactur­ed at Window Mart. Manufactur­ing operations are under the same ownership combining to employ “more than 400 dedicated, hardworkin­g, and incredible personnel that truly represent the determinat­ion that has been the foundation for such long-standing and continuing success, all of which share Windows USA’s beaming pride in calling Garland County home.”
