Planning Commission to hold public hearing

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday at City Hall, 133 Convention Blvd, to consider the following:

• A subdivision preliminary plat and development plan application for a new four-lot, single-family residential area for Wildwood Gardens Subdivision Phase V at the corner of Piper and Glendale streets.

• A miscellaneous application to request an extension for Condition No. 6 for providing required shared parking and cross access easement agreement for a Lance Smith Commercial Development at 126 Adcock Road.

• A zoning change request from R-4 to C-2 for split-zoned property at approximately 1207 Albert Pike Road.

• A zoning change request from C-2 to R-4 for split-zoned property at approximately 500 Terry St.

• Initial zoning consideration for C-4 zoning for approximately 56 acres of land subject to annexation consideration at O Halk Terrace.
