Belinda was born Aug. 9, 1952, in Hot Springs, Ark., to Betty Elmore and Leon Vaughn.

Belinda attended and graduated from Fountain Lake High School. She attended Henderson State University and Ouachita Vo-tech; where she earned certificat­ions for Administra­tive Assistance and Automotive Technician.

Over the years, she was employed by: Kroger, Buddy Bean Lumber Company, Intercity Transit, Brookshire­s and Habitat for Humanity.

In her spare time, she was an avid reader and loved solving crossword puzzles. But mostly, she looked forward to the next time her daughter would bring her over for a cookout or family gathering.

Throughout her life, she was known as Belinda, Lala and the name that she loved the most, Mamaw Nannie.

Belinda was predecease­d by her mother, Betty Elmore; father, Leon Vaughn; brother, Ricky Elmore; sister, Kathy Campbell; brother-in-law, Eddie Austin.

Belinda is survived by her daughter, Shauna (John) Allen; son, Bobby Austin; son, Matthew Austin; twin sister, Beverly (Ann) Austin; sister, Gail (Roger) Niblett; niece, Jody Austin-Byers; grandkids, Dustin, Dilann, Alazae, Candace and Kayla Allen, Gracie Austin Piper, Bentley and Anakin Austin; great-nephews, Javin and Jaran Austin-Byers; and a host of nieces, nephews and let’s not forget, her beloved fur baby, Leo.
