Crystal Ridge Distillery announces anniversary party, product launch

-

Crystal Ridge Distillery will host its three-year anniversary party at the distillery from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, March 25.

A news release said the event will launch the distillery’s first no added sugar flavor of The Pack, its line of ready-to-drink canned cocktails, and a new flavor of moonshine.

“Featuring live music from John Jordan, free tastings all day, and special sales on merchandise, the family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Local children’s book author Abigail Meredith will also be signing copies of her new book at the event, along with her goat, Leonard, as part of a small petting zoo for children,” the release said.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating this milestone,” owner Danny Bradley said in the release. “We opened our doors just days before COVID-19 forced many businesses to close permanently, so we’re very fortunate to have not only survived but to have thrived. We look at this anniversary as a celebration of not only our distillery and staff but all the people who have supported us over the last few years.”

The anniversary celebration will feature an unveiling ceremony of both a new flavor of Crystal Ridge Arkansas Moonshine and a new flavor of The Pack, a vodka-based ready-todrink canned cocktail. Crystal Ridge produces and distributes more than a dozen original flavors of premium moonshine, utilizing both traditional methods of distilling and modern technology. The distillery also recently entered an agreement for their ready-to-drink canned cocktail line, The Pack, with Arkansas Beverage Sales, expanding the drink’s distribution to Garland, Saline, Pulaski, Clark, and seven additional Arkansas counties, the release said.

A woman and veteran-owned business, Crystal Ridge is owned and managed by Bradley, his wife, Mary, and their son Asher. Crystal Ridge Distillery is located at 455 Broadway St., on the site of the historic F.C. Stearns warehouse, which the Bradleys restored in 2019 using repurposed materials from the original structure.

Crystal Ridge is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. It features a saloon, gift shop, private event space, and daily tours and tastings. Crystal Ridge was also named a 2022 “Finalist for Best Distillery in Arkansas” by the Arkansas Times.
