Magnet Cove School District
First day of school: Aug. 14 (grades 1-12), Aug. 16 (kindergarten).
Open house: Aug. 10, 5-7 p.m. (grades 1-12), Aug. 15-16 (kindergarten meet and greet).
New student registration: Magnet Cove School District will host new student registration for new enrollees to the district on Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Parents and students must call 501-337-5466 to schedule an appointment time to register. Registration for K-5 is at the elementary school and grades 6-12 will take place at the high school.
The following information is required to register: proof of residence (must have a lease or utility bill); copy of Social Security card (must know student’s Social Security number to enroll); copy of birth certificate; immunization records; previous school information (will be requested by the registrar from previous district of attendance); disclosure of 504/SPED identification; and transportation.
