Our owner, Corbett Sutton, has been in the financial industry for 20 years and has built EEPA with a specific goal in mind: “I got into this business because I saw so many of my financial clients spending their life’s savings on long-term care costs.
Since opening this business, we have helped thousands of people protect what they have worked so hard to leave for future generations of their families.”
Corbett has built a team at EEPA of attorneys, Long Term Care Medicaid specialists, financial consultants, community liaisons and administrative staff that all work to accomplish the mission of EEPA.
Working hand in hand with clients, nursing facilities, healthcare providers and financial institutions to make sure we’re able to set up the appropriate estate plan or protection plan, depending on our clients’ needs and goals.
The team comes from a diverse background with skills from insurance specialists, nursing home experience, elder and estate law, and Medicaid planning with 35-plus years of knowledge.
We offer a variety of services from Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Deeds, Medicaid Planning, Financial Planning and more.
