SATURDAY, JUNE 8

• The West High School 96th annual Alumni Associatio­n Banquet will be held at the Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall located at 8985 State Road 17, Plymouth. Social hour will be from 4 to 5 p.m. with the dinner and meeting starting at 5 p.m. The 2019 theme is “A Picnic in the Park”, highlighti­ng the West High School Memorial and flowing well area located by the old school on the curve of Highway 17 and Sycamore Rd. The 2019 buffet dinner will be prepared and served by the Mary and Martha Circle of the church. Special class recognitio­n will be given this year to the Graduating Classes of: Class of 1944 (75 year); Class of 1949 (70 year); Class of 1954 (65 year); Class of 1959 (60 year); Class of 1964 (55 year). • Plymouth Optimists Club Pancake and Sausage Breakfast from 7:30-11:30 a.m. at the Plymouth Farmer’s Market. Cost is $7 for adults and $3 for kids 5-12.

• Heartland Artists Gallery Nature Series - Strawberry Moon with Amanda Joe and John Boener. All of these classes are part of the year-long nature series, taking inspiratio­n from the native-american named moon cycles that with each class we will read a book, enjoy a snack, and create something together, all tied into a theme that’s sure to be fun and inspiring for the children. Kid’s ages 5-10 are invited on Sat. from 10-12 p.m.

MONDAY, JUNE 10

• Breathless monthly meeting. A free support group for COPD, emphysema, and bronchitis will meet at 1 p.m., at Lifeplex. Located at 2855 Miller Drive, near Pioneer Rd. Off US 30. • The Triton School Board meeting is held on the second Monday of every month starting at 7 p.m. Meetings are held in the Triton School Administra­tion building. The meetings are open to the public.
