• Celebrate Recovery is offered at the Plymouth Church of the Brethren. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. is a large group session and 7:30 p.m. is small group meetings. Celebrate Recovery is where you can go and find freedom from your hurts, habits, and hang-ups. The Plymouth Church of the Brethren is located at 1130 N. Michigan St. in Plymouth. • Brown Bag program at the Marshall County Museum from 12-1 p.m., “Erma, Amish & Pirates, Oh My: A Writer’s Journey,” featuring author, Rachael Phillips. Former Plymouth resident, Rachael Phillips a church music director, began her unplanned writing career creating articles for her church newsletter. The Museum is located at 123 N. Michigan St., in historic downtown Plymouth.

•The Argos School Board meeting is held on the third Monday of month starting at 7 p.m. Meetings are held in the library at the Argos High School. The meetings are open to the public.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

• Plymouth Optimist Club “Friend of Youth” meets from 7 - 8 a.m. at the Ponderosa Steak House. You are invited to join us for breakfast and informativ­e speakers. The Optimist Club focuses on the youth of our community, and other community projects.

• Kiwanis Club of Plymouth meets from 12 pm – 1 pm at Ponderosa. We “serve the children of the world” with a special focus on improving the lives of children in our community. Join us for lunch and informativ­e speakers. New members are always welcome.

• The Marshall County Genealogic­al Society is hosting the 7th Annual Cemetery Driving Tour today. The event is free, the public is invited to participat­e. Reservatio­ns are not required, but they do help determine the amount of food to prepare. Carpool will form at the parking lot west of the Plymouth Public Library at 4:30, leaving at 4:35. The tour can be joined at anytime and a loose schedule is as follows. 5 p.m. - Gilead Cemetery on Maple Rd, south of 18th Rd; 5:45 p.m. Jordan Cemetery on 19th Rd west of Maple Rd.; 6:30 Stair Cemetery on Linden Rd. north of SR 110, 7:15 McGrew Cemetery on the corner of Gumwood and 20th Rds.; and 8 p.m. we finish up at Walnut Church of the Brethren Cemetery at the corner of Gumwood and 19th Rds.
