Hoss

-

Hoss found us on January 1st of this year; cold and alone in the middle of the road. We searched for a collar, anyone outside looking for a dog and for a microchip all in 5 hours with no luck of finding his owners. We could’t bring it in ourselves to take him to a shelter that night so we decided to take him into our house for a warm place to stay while we kept looking. The first few days we learned that he knows plenty of tricks, is housebroken, crate trained, leash trained and a protector. He does fantastic with our dog and loves children. He is friendly to everyone out in public but at home he likes to be a guard dog. He is okay with my two older cats, however, I don’t think a home with kittens would be a appropriate- a home with no cats would be preferred. HE’S A DROOLER & A LOVER! He gets so excited when anyone walks through the door and when he gets attention. He’s all around one of the best dogs we have gotten to know and love.

He is at least 8 years old and likes to just take it easy. He has a crate but prefers to lay right next to it and he loves his bed and his blankets to sleep on. He is a sucker for the word TREAT and he enjoys hanging out in the garage with the guys. Loves to play tug of war and loves tennis balls. But, most of the time he just likes laying around in your company. If you’re looking for a mature dog this guy is for you.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested negative (age 7 months and older) and microchipped. We do not ship or transport. A dog’s adoption donation is $200. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.
