• At 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, Plymouth-area students and their parents can receive free help filling out important college financial aid paperwork during College Goal Sunday. At College Goal Sunday, financial aid profession­als from Marian University’s Ancilla College will be at Plymouth High School to walk students and parents through the FAFSA college financial aid paperwork free of charge. Last year, Indiana ranked in the bottom half of all U.S. states for FAFSA form completion, with only 55.9% of Indiana high school seniors filing the form. College Goal Sunday brings together financial aid profession­als on a single day to help families walk away from the event with a completed FAFSA form.

Members of the Plymouth High School Honor Society will be at the Life Enrichment Center/Marshall County Council on Aging, located at 1305 W. Harrison Street in Plymouth to offer assistance on operating your cell phone, tablet, or other device. Bring your device and questions with you. The students will be there from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. each Tuesday for the months of March and April.

• Curious about genealogy and your family history? The Marshall County Genealogic­al Society offers help and support to its members who are researchin­g their ancestors. The society’s next meeting is Tuesday, March 1 at the Marshall County Museum in the Community Room. The public is welcome. Membership is just $10, but not required for attending the meetings. The museum is located at 123 N. Michigan in Plymouth. The March meeting will be a presentati­on by Anita Kopetski on Census Records and the valuable informatio­n found on those sheets. Anita is a research specialist with the Museum’s genealogy department.

• 4 Below Band reunion will be held at the Plymouth Moose Family Center #741 starting at 9 p.m. They are reuniting for one special night. It’s an all-star line up of the old faces that started out with Magical Musical Mondays and is coming back for a Magical Musical Moose night on the new stage. Christ Keck, Brad Ebert, Kevin Kays possibly, John Thomas definitely. The Moose is located at 1225 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

• The Madrigal Choir from Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin, will present a concert at Grace Baptist Church and Grace Christian School of Plymouth, IN on March

18. The evening concert will begin at 7 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium. The church & school is located at 1830 North Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN.

Under the direction of Dr. David Brown, the 45-voice choir will feature a selection of sacred hymns, gospel songs, and spirituals. The Madrigal Choir will travel on its spring tour to churches and Christian schools throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvan­ia. The public is cordially invited.
