Health talk set for Canterbury

Two doctors with Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital will be on hand Thursday at the Canterbury Village Senior Community to talk about palliative care and advanced care planning.

Palliative care focuses on providing seniors with relief from the symptoms, pain, physical stress and mental stress of a serious illness.

The talk is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. at 23420 Avenida Rotella in Valencia.
