Landscape Development announces expansion

Valencia-based Landscape Development Inc. is expanding services into Northern California with the opening of a new Sacramento Division, company officials said Friday.

“This expansion is an exciting time for LDI and, along with recent maintenance acquisitions, marks another great milestone for the company,” CEO Gary Horton said in a prepared statement.

The new division, which is operating in temporary offices until its official launch on Jan. 1, will offer the same core services offered throughout LDI’s 12 offices in California and Nevada, including construction, maintenance, landscape architecture, earth services preconstruction and designbuild services.

The news comes just after the company announced its expansion into Las Vegas with its asset purchase of NewTex Landscape Inc. through its maintenance division Enhanced Landscape Management.
