Many Families, One Community Family Resource Fair

What: This is an opportunit­y for residents living in the southeast area of the Santa Clarita Valley to see what resources are available to them and their families, plus attend breakout sessions that will show attendees ways to help kids transition from elementary to junior high schools and junior high schools to high schools, high-risk teen behaviors, what is and isn’t bullying and much more. Hosted by the William S. Hart and Sulphur Springs school districts. Superinten­dents as well as board members from both school districts will be attending. There is also a student art show being judged and performanc­es by student choral groups in the Golden Valley gym.

Join local artist Wana Klasen and discover the artistry, technical tricks, creative freedom and beautiful finished pieces you can achieve with this simple but satisfying method. This class is for everyone age 16 and over. All skill levels are welcome. Preregistr­ation is required, and online registrati­on is preferred.
