The Canyon Theatre Guild presents a rockin’ tribute to the music and female singers of the 1960s. Follow eight women as they bring to life their memories of the music that shaped them. This jukebox musical includes hit songs from every genre, including, “My Boyfriend’s Back,” “To Sir With Love,” “Respect” and “Proud Mary.” The show pays tribute to every female singer, from iconic girl groups like the Supremes to legendary solo artists like Janis Joplin. SCV Restaurant Week

FEEDSCV, a local nonprofit dedicated to combating food insecurity, is hosting Restaurant Week, in which participating restaurants have promised to contribute $1 for every meal sold to feedscv to offset operating costs. Empowering Hearts Gala 2023

Single Mothers Outreach has announced the Empowering Hearts honorees whose lives personify this year’s theme, Building Hope. Six women were chosen whose lives depict their efforts to build and restore hope in the lives of their children over challenging circumstances. The honorees and artists are to be featured in the Empowering Hearts gala, the signature fundraising event for Single Mothers Outreach. A group show titled “Storytelling” is on display through March 3. The art on display invites the viewer into the storytelling process of the creation of art.
