Hawk Mountain receives grant from PPL Foundation for public programming

Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is pleased to announce it has received a $5,000 grant from the PPL Foundation.

These funds will support the Sanctuary’s general operations and public programming. This general operating grant will fund Sanctuary conserva- tion science and education programs, and visitor services. The funding will contribute to the numerous educational events, workshops and lectures that are provided for members and the public, as well as continued support for ongoing conservation research.

The PPL Foundation awards annual grants through a competitive application and review process.
