We will enjoy stories, songs, finger plays and crafts as we sing and read together with friends. It is also held the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

Sleepytime Story Time: All ages, Wednesdays, 7 p.m. Designed for all ages. We discuss feelings, yoga is incorporat­ed to each storytime and there are opportunit­ies to earn rewards for reading books! Free. Must attend with a parent/guardian.

Garden Club: Pottstown Area Garden Club welcomes amateurs interested in all aspects of gardening. Meetings are held the first Friday of every month at St. James Lutheran Church, 1101 E. Stitching Circle: The Mifflin Community Library’s Evening Stitching Circle meets every Monday from 6:30-8 p.m., and the Afternoon Stitching Circle meets every Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. New members are always welcome and should bring their own materials. There are currently between 12-15 members who sew, knit and crochet. The group works on personal projects as well as service projects to benefit the community. Come join in loads of fun & stitching!

Writers group: Mifflin Writers Group continues to meet the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month from 6:30-8 p.m. Mifflin Writers Group is composed of writers of all genres and levels of experience. Their purpose is to motivate, inspire, instruct, inform, share and critique each other in their writing efforts in a free flowing and relaxed atmosphere. Most programs encourage pre-registrati­on and take place downstairs at the Mifflin Community Library unless otherwise noted.
