57>> At Millersville Dec. 26, Chaunce John­son and Lo­gan Hin­kle were the scor­ing stars for the Blaz­ers in their open­ing-round game of the Cross­over Show­case at Millersville Uni­ver­sity.

John­son led Boone with 15 points. Hin­kle was a close sec­ond with 14. DANIEL BOONE 61, BISHOP SHANA­HAN 59 >> At Millersville Dec. 27, Chaunce John­son scored 28 points and grabbed 16 re­bounds and the Blaz­ers (4-5) went 13-for-18 from the foul line in the fourth quar­ter in the win over the Ea­gles on the BYE Tour­na­ment.

Jared Tra­novich added 12 points for Daniel Boone. Joe O’Mal­ley had 21 points for Bishop Shana­han.

EX­ETER 39, SCHUYLKILL VAL­LEY 37 >> At Wy­omiss­ing Dec. 27, Jor­dan Davis made a layup with 3.8 sec­onds left to lift the Ea­gles (5-3) past the Pan­thers (1-7) in the first round of the Wy­omiss­ing Hol­i­day Tour­na­ment.

Cas­sidy Rit­ten­house had tied it at 37-37 for SV with a 3-pointer with 15 sec­onds left. Mor­gan Truck­er­miller had 12 points and Kelly Fet­ter 11 to lead Ex­eter. Ju­lia Kowal­ski scored 13 and Anna Br­zostek 11 for the Pan­thers. DELONE CATHOLIC 47, GOV.

MIF­FLIN 40 >> Delone Catholic ral­lied in the sec­ond half to win over the Mus­tangs on the open­ing day of the Boy­er­town hol­i­day tour­na­ment. Stella Mol­lica had 14 points for Mif­flin(6-2).


GOV. MIF­FLIN 54, EX­ETER 25 >> The Mus­tangs shot out to a 30-3 lead af­ter Con­nor Harr (152), John Arentz (160) and Jake Blan­ski (170) scored first-pe­riod pins.

Jor­dan Espinosa (285), Joseph Irizarry (120), Cole Lang (126) and Devin Simp­son (132) also pinned for Mif­flin (3-0, 5-3).

Ex­eter (1-2) was led by Robert Un­ruh (ma­jor at 220), Joseph As­terino (pin at 106), Jevin Guldin (pin at 113) and Ni­cholas Net­tle­ton (pin at 138).
