Nardone founded and directed The Talisman Players of Staten Island, New York, a community theater group that produced quality theater for more than 30 years. His daughter, Christine Nardone Storch eventually took over as director and formed her own theater company, The Jr. Talisman Players. Talisman Players of Kutztown was created in 2014 to present community theater production­s in Kutztown.
