Nar­done founded and di­rected The Tal­is­man Play­ers of Staten Is­land, New York, a com­mu­nity the­ater group that pro­duced qual­ity the­ater for more than 30 years. His daugh­ter, Chris­tine Nar­done Storch even­tu­ally took over as di­rec­tor and formed her own the­ater com­pany, The Jr. Tal­is­man Play­ers. Tal­is­man Play­ers of Kutz­town was cre­ated in 2014 to present com­mu­nity the­ater pro­duc­tions in Kutz­town.
