Audition call for a Berks County Premiere

Reading Civic Theatre is excited to announce auditions for its September 2019 show.

It will be the Berks County Premiere of a Tony-nominated musical, one filled with amazing and well-known music, lots of dancing and a great storyline.

Due to contractual restrictions, Reading Civic Theatre is currently unable to mention the name of the show. The production will take place Sept. 13, 14 and 15 with the venue to be announced prior to the audition dates.

Auditions are scheduled at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 22, Tuesday, April 23, Wednesday, April 24, and possibly Thursday, April 25. A perusal will take place on Thursday, April 18 at 7 p.m. at the Reading Civic Theatre hall at 126 N. 10th St., Reading, where materials will be distributed with information necessary for the audition process.
