Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. (SCFF) has been providing high quality services and supports for individuals with Behavioral Health/Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities since 1993. SCFF’s programs were built around recognizing the need for services to be individualized and not compel the person to adapt to a pre-designed program or service.
Our programs aim to empower and support each person while embracing their unique set of qualities. SCFF has grown rapidly throughout the state of Pennsylvania as a provider of public support to people with disabilities and accommodates the needs of individuals by providing cost-effective, accessible, accountable, and responsive services for people with disabilities and/or behavioral health issues.
Our comprehensive, community-based services focus on partnering with individuals to help them enhance capacities, strengths, and resilience to achieve wellness and balance as they meet life’s challenges. Opportunities could include but aren’t limited to employment, volunteer opportunities, day programming services and recreational and socialization activities.
Programs include: overnight and temporary respite services; community living arrangements; residential home and community-based waiver services; life sharing; Community Hospital Integration Project Program (CHIPP); adult training programs; and behavioral support services. Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is dedicated to supporting adult individuals and their families as they strive to reach their maximum potential and become active members of their community throughout most counties in Pennsylvania.
