Oley Valley American Legion Post #878Memoria­l Day parade and service honoring veterans: 21-gun salute at six local cemeteries in the morning. At 6 p.m. parade starts at Oley Valley High School traveling up Main Street to Freidens Cemetery for Memorial Service. Speaker will be Ken Lebron, director of the Berks County Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Concludes with 21-gun salute. In case of rain, service will be held in Oley Valley High School auditorium.
