The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

These individuals remain in the Polk County Jail.

Robert Farmer, 20, of 250 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested on June 23 on charges of bond drop, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to stop for stop sign, and striking fixture.

Catherine Galloway, 45, of 790 Antioch Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 22 on charges of drug-related objects, drugs to be kept in original container and probation violation.

Marcus James Hall, 26, of 128 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested June 24 on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and failure to yield.

Thomas James Hilburn, 32, of 61 Formby Trail, Aragon, was arrested June 24 on charges of obstruction, seat belt law, theft by receiving stolen property, bench warrant, bond drop and probation violation.

Macy Renee James, 20, of 926 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested June 25 on a charge of first-degree forgery.

Thomas Spencer Pierce, 28, of 111 McDowell Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 23 on charges of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and probation violation.

Jamy Lynn Pinkard, 39, of 49th Elm St., Aragon, was arrested June 23 on charges of prowling and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Wendy Soto Alvarez, 26, of 454 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested June 21 on charges of driving unlicensed and failure to maintain lane.

Charles Dylan Brackett, 22, of 29 Stonebrooke Drive, Rockmart, was arrested June 22 on charges of speeding, driving with the wrong class of license and reckless driving.

Kaley Louis Brown, 21, of 129 Maple St., Rockmart, was arrested June 20 on a charge of obstruction.

Jessica Ann Cotton, 19, of 2007 First Ave., Rockmart, was arrested June 24 on a charge of obstruction.

Rafeal Sosa Diaz, 26, of 15 Debbie Drive, Cedartown, was arrested June 20 on charges of criminal trespass, battery, and third-degree cruelty to children.

Jennifer D. Hereford, 38, of 701 Fletcher St., Cedartown, was arrested on June 20 on charges of theft of shoplifting-party to a crime, and two counts of theft by shoplifting.

Supree Marie Hill, 32, of 510 Goodyear St., Rockmart, was arrested on June 22 on charges of stop sign violation and driving while unlicensed.

Edna Ramirez, 46, of 662 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrestd on June 25 on charges of driving unlicensed, no insurance, driving with a suspended or canceled registration.

Serapio Daniel Ramirez, 28, of 502 7th St., Cedartown, was arrested on June 21 on charges of driving unlicensed and headlight requirements.

Gregory Sanders, 20, of 125 Park St., Cedartown, was arrested June 23 on charges of criminal trespass under FVA and possession and purchase of an alcohol by a minor.

Franklin Delano Snyder, 46, of 661 County Road 93, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested June 21 on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and no seat belt.

Jared Levi Swindall, 18, of 1950 Grady Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 20 on charges of failure to appear, thirddegree cruelty to children, battery, criminal trespass and suspended license.
