The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

The following people remain in the Polk County Jail.

Reuben Douglas Burge, 42, of 839 Martin Luther King Junior Road, Rockmart, was arrested July 19 on charges of contempt of court and failure to appear.

Rudwaan Jesus Companioni, 41, of 4051 Shorside Drive, Snellville, was arrested July 23 on charges of obstruction and giving false info.

Brantley Edward Folsom, 38, of 642 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 17 on charges of driving with a withdrawn license, giving false info, expired tag and parole violation.

Johnny Lee Hilliard, 31, of 211 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 18 on charges of failure to appear, possession of drug-related objects and methamphetamine possession.

Brian David Holcombe, 38, of 207 Hensley Road, Adairsville, was arrested July 18 on charges of parole violation, three counts of financial transaction fraud and two counts of theft by taking.

Ricky Landrum, 18, of 1659 Johnsons Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 22 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction and theft by receiving stolen property.

Ashley Patterson Miller, 23, of 103 Rayburn Drive, Aragon, on charges of theft by taking, theft by conversion and theft by deception.

Shannon Lee Mount, 35, of 162 Leonard Road, Cedartown, was arrested on July 24 on charges of shoplifting, fraudulent attempt to gain funds and criminal trespass.

Christopher Shannon Nix, 24, of 710 Highway 17 North, Bremen, was arrested on July 19 on charges of manufacture of methamphetamine.

Stephen Lawrence Pless, 44, of 303 Edna St., Cedartown, was arrested July 20 on charges of battery, obstruction of emergency medical personnel and obstruction of an officer.

Melissa Alieen Singleton, 34, of 400 Sciple St., Rockmart, was arrested July 25 on charges of methamphetamine possession.

Cassandra Irene Tilley, 35, of 29 Creekside Lane, Rockmart, was arrested July 23 on charges of fourth- degree forgery and theft by receiving stolen property.

Kiara Marie White, 18, of 10 East 3rd St., Aragon, was arrested July 20 on a charge of aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Misty Lee Womack, 35, of 1028 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested July 22 on charges of methamphetamine trafficking, methamphetamine possession and methamphetamine sale.

Gregory Wade Ballard, 47, of 1181 Fairview Road, Rockmart, was arrested July 23 on charges of following too closely and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Monique P. Banks, 31, of 108 North Martielle St., Cedartown, was arrested July 21 on charges of two counts of theft by shoplifting.

Cindy Lee Crocker, 54, of 430 Dry Creek Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 19 on charges of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III drugs, possession and use of drug-related objects, drugs to be kept in original container, failure to maintain lane and possession of schedule V drugs.

Feliex Liona Delion, 25, of 669 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested July 21 on charges of public indecency and public drunkenness.

Joseph Clayotn Earwood, 17, of 195 Vincent Mountain Loop, Rockmart, was arrested July 20 on a charge of burglary.

Amanda Lee Hahn, 35, of 308 Pine St., Rockmart, was arrested July 20 on charges of simple battery under FVA and thirddegree cruelty to children.

Melisa Jean Harris, 42, of 479 Clearwater St., Rockmart, was arrested on July 19 on charges of possession of less an ounce of marijuana, tampering with evidence and open container.

Ethan James Heinrich, 24, of 774 Culp Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 19 on charge of driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain lane, marijuana possession and operating restrictions.

Jesse D. Jackson, 32, of 905 Forrest Ave., Rockmart, was arrested on July 19 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Elain James, 52, of 318 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested July 22 on charges of failure to maintain lane, broken windshield, driving under the influence (DUI), and suspended license.

Kenneth Martez Johnson, 33, of 318 Pine St., Cedartown, was arrested on July 22 on charges of driving with a withdrawn license and driving with a suspended tag.

Phillip Dunte Johnson, 29, of 558 B Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested July 21 on charges of cocaine possession, marijuana possession, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, obstruction, seatbelt violation and turning signals required.

Tracy Dawn Landrum, 47, of 276 Brewster Field Road, Cedartown, was arrested on July 22 on charges of obstruction, tampering with evidence and theft by receiving stolen property.

Daniel Robert Meck, 49, of 17 Ledbetter Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 18 on charges of aggravated assault, battery and criminal trespass, all under FVA.

Leogardo Vincente-Lopez Mendez, 50, of 447 W. Jule Peek Road, Cedartown, was arrested July 22 on charges of driving unlicensed and brake light inoperable.

James Paul Morris Jr. , 37, of 68 Dugdown Road, Buchanan, was arrested July 19 on charges of manufacture of methamphetamine, manufacture of marijuana, methamphetamine possession and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

Marciano Rigoberto Pablo, 50, 458 Clearwater St., Rockmart, was arrested July 24 on charges of driving with a suspended license and expired tag.

Travis Terrell Pace, 25, of 1502 Stone Heaven Circle, Cartersville, was arrested July 20 on charges of running red light, failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Richard Hardy Parker III, 43, of 205 Dean Ave., Rome, was arrested July 23 on a charge of battery under FVA.
