Arrest Reports

The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges, according to the Polk County Jail docket report.

The listed individuals remain in the Polk County Jail.

Kimberly Wynell Collum, 44, of 45 Maurice Lane, Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 28 on charges of probation violation, theft by shoplifting and bond drop.

Francis Ginger Locker, 29, of 9 Grover St., Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of possession of drug-related objects, possession of schedule II scontrolled substance, drugs not in original container, theft by taking, theft by conversion, theft by deception, forgery and theft of services.

Richard Allan Marlo, 54, of 922 South Broad St., Lancaster, Ohio, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of loitering/prowling, disorderly conduct and giving false information.

Christopher S. Vaughn, 43, of 731 East Ave., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 28 on charges of probation violation, theft by taking and criminal trespass.

Kenyota Omar Wofford, 26, of 300 N. Martez St., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of failure to appear and probation violation.

The following people were released from the Polk County Jail.

Austin Gage Brock, 20, of 413 Wilson Ave., Breman, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of lighted headlights, open container, misdemeanor marijuana possession, possession of alcohol by minor, driving without a license, and driving under the influence (DUI).

Kaley Louise Brown, 21, of 129 Maple St., Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of fighting, cruelty to children and battery.

Bridget J. Ellis, 19, of 3193 U.S. Highway 78 Tallapoosa, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of open container, misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of alcohol by a minor.

William Andrew Elseberry, 30, of 239 Ruff Road, Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 25 on charges of discharging firearm and disorderly conduct.

Vasile Fordea, 25, of 6971 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to obey stop sign and driving without a license.

Richardo Perez Gonzalez, 35, of 132 Ilene St., Rainbow City, Ala., was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of speeding and driving unlicensed or with an expired license.

Paul Franklin Hudgins, 42, of 634 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 25 on charges of false imprisonment and simple assault.

Eureka L. Jackson, 44, of 50 Brandon Farm Road, Taylorsville, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of possession of firearms by a convicted felon and disorderly conduct.

Harold Dwayne Moore, 42, of 2347 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 25 on charges of simple assault, cruelty to children and criminal trespass.

Nicholas Arthur North, 36, of 1868 Whooping Creek Church Road, Carrollton, was arrested on Oct. 24 on charges of second-degree forgery, expired medical card and false documents.

Jesse Raymond Peters, 39, of 1887 Taylorsville Macodonia Road, Euharlee, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of open container, DUI and reckless driving.

Clark Dennis Puckett, 57, of 860 College St., Rockmart was arrested on Oct. 23 on charges of no insurance, driving with a suspended tag and giving false name and date of birth.

Freddie Quiroz, 32, of 207 1st St., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 29 on charges of driving unlicensed, driving without headlights on and speeding.

Lisa Marie Reed, 38, of 129 Maple St., Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of hindering apprehension, obstruction and disorderly house.

Keyla Dawn Shaw, 37, of 731 East Ave., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 28 on charges of theft by taking-party to a crime and criminal trespass-party to a crime.

Erik Abraham Velasquez, 35, of 526 East Ave., Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 25 on charges of child restraint and driving with a suspended license.
