Third of Series The home of Mary Jane Albea, located at 221 Samanda Circle in Rockmart, is a two-story colonial style.

A natural environment that includes 66 acres surrounds this beautiful structure. It overlooks Euharlee Creek and bottomlands along the stream that runs through the community.

A neatly landscaped yard features seasonal plantings and a circular driveway, which leads to the entrance of the home.

Built in 1977, the Albeas moved into their home during 1978. Changes over the years have included transforming a deck into a glass sun porch, impressive large patio with fountain and lighting and 3-car garage. The latest improvement is a complete renovation of the kitchen.

“The view out the window is amazing,” Mary Jane said.

The home is decorated with antiques and interesting memorabilia. The 3 bedrooms are warm and inviting, and the dining room is spacious and ready for a dinner party.

The living room has a magnificent fireplace and hardwood floors and overlooks the glass sun porch.

This home is perfect for entertaining. Mary Jane is an energetic hostess as her many friends and family will attest.

From a shower for a neighbor bride to candidates for office, reports are this home can handle it.

Visitors usually comment on the donkey, HeeHaw! He has made himself at home in the pasture.
