Arrest Reports

The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

The listed individuals remain in the Polk County Jail.

Jeffrey Scott Carroll, 50, of 2565 Cartersville Highway 29, Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 8 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of a schedule IV drug, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, drugs not in original container, failure to appear and hunting without fluorescent orange wear.

William Richard Crawford, 27, of 804 Blanche Road, Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 10 on charges of simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), cruelty to people 65 years old and older, driving with a suspended license and headlight requirement.

Andrew Damon Glover, 25, of 505 Scriple St., Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of aggravated child molestation and probation violation.

Jeremy Scott Hayes, 39, of 619 West Girard Ave., Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 8 on charges of simple battery and false imprisonment, both under FVA.

Kevin Ray Radican, 36, of 90 S. 2nd St., Summerville, was arrested on Nov. 9 on charge of reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, running red light, improper lane change, failing to maintain lane and speeding.

Timothy Ray Waddell, 51, of 441 Old Wax Road, Aragon, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of criminal trespass, public drunkenness, false imprisonment, interference with 911 call, inter- ference with government property and aggravated assault.

The following people were released from the Polk County Jail.

Christopher William Bailey, 23, of 264 Wray Mine Road, Buchanan, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of hunting deer at night, hunting from a motor vehicle and discharging a firearm from a public road.

James Michael Ellison, 56, of 702 Cleo St., Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a charge of cocaine possession.

Kenneth Allen Mauldin, 54, of 2763 Morgan Road, Bremen, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of possession of arms by a convicted felon, hunting deer at night, hunting from a public road and hunting from a vehicle.

Betty Jo McCaine, 60, of 2332 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of cocaine possession and no brake lights or turn signals.

Eliseo OlveraMendiola, 30, of 314 4th St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, and stalking, all under FVA, and disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Clarence Junior Sanders, 33, of 205 Forrest Ave., Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 7 on charges of theft by shoplifting and theft by deception.

Najawon Devonta Stallworth, 21, of 1020 Cleo St., Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, distribution of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
