The following people were booked into the Polk County Jail between September 11 and September 18, 2015.
Randall Lamar Cargile, 40, of 97 Woodsmoke Road, Rockmart, was arrested on September 11 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of burglary.
Felipe Amaya Contreras, 37, of 1035 Franklin Road, Marietta, was arrested on September 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding and driving while unlicensed.
John Eric Gandy, 41, of 2668 Cedartown Highway, Rockmart, was arrested on September 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding and suspended license.
Reginald Lamar Moore, 19, of 207 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested on September 11 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of a firearm by a minor under 21, intruding on railroad tracks, firearms: carry concealed weapons, firearms: possession during the commission of a crime, and obstructing law enforcement officer.
Jason David Guice, 39, of 1512 Lassiter Road, Gadsden, was arrested on September 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of Schedule II narcotics and safety belt violation.
Dennis Edwin Fitzpatrick, 59, of 325 Fulghum Road, Rising Fawn, was arrested on September 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of open container, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road.
Lindsay Danielle Hargett, 27, of 354 Wingfoot Street, Rockmart, was arrested on September 12 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of financial identity fraud, fourth degree forgery (misdemeanor) and fraudulent drivers license.
Monaletie Donquil Reese, 38, of 53 Adams Lane, Rockmart, was arrested on September 12 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of failure to maintain lane, use of safety belts in passenger seat, driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and possession of an open container.
Alanna Kaye Stallard, 44, of 115 Hurt Street, Columbus, was arrested on September 12 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI – drugs less safe.
Cody Edward Howard, 22, of 237 Sheila Lane, Powder partSprings, was arrested on September 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving while unlicensed, speeding, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Christopher Leigh Brashears, 39, of 131 North Seashore Drive, Long Beach, Mississippi, was arrested on September 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine and use of communication device for a drug transaction.
Fredi Velasquez, 19, of 641 West Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested on September 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of armed robbery, battery and aggravated assault.
Lewis Shane Hogan, 42, of 311 Hunter Street, Rockmart, was arrested on September 14 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of second degree felony burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft by receiving stolen property, hunting without a license, and hunting with an illegal weapon/ammunition.
Brandon Chevy Coffman, 19, of 244 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested on September 16 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Family Violent Act (FVA) battery, FVA criminal trespass and cruelty to children in the third degree.
Gabriel J. Weiss, 38, of 902 A Darlington Way, Rome, was arrested on September 16 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended tag and driving on a suspended license.
