The following people were booked into the Polk County Jail between October 23 and October 30, 2015:

Vanderlyn Rochelle Watts, 26, of 14A Lady Marian Drive, NE, Rome, was arrested on October 23 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of expired tag and license: driving while license suspended (third offense).

Christophe­r Landrum, 17, of 209 Atlanta Street, Cedartown, was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal attempt of child molestatio­n, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and sexual exploitati­on of children.

Michael Thomas Dutton, 33, of 818 South Main Street, Apartment 4, Cedartown, was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal attempt, enticing a child, and felony probation violation for fingerprin­table charge.

Jeffrey Drew Fuqua, 28, of 2791 Yorkville Highway, Apartment 4, Rockmart, was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault.

Joshua Allen Gore, 38, of 93 Potash Road, Cedartown, was arrested on October 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple assault, FVA aggravated assault and FVA battery.

Christophe­r Benjamin Owens, 30, of 101 Third Street, Rockmart, was arrested on October 24 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery, first degree felony burglary, criminal use of an article with altered ID mark (other than motor vehicle), possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, criminal trespass, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, and felony probation violation for fingerprin­table charge.

Timothy Laverne Grace, 52, of 181 Longstatio­n Road, Aragon, was arrested on October 24 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of failure to yield while turning left and DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol – concentrat­ion is 0.08G or more within three hours or more.

Kevin Lee Goss, 31, of 228 Peachtree Street, Cedartown, was arrested on October 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and battery.

Timothy Lee Barber, 29, of 23 Hawthorn Heights Boulevard, SW, Huntsville, Ala., was arrested on October 25 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of DUI – less safe alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and driving on wrong side of roadway.

Stephen DeWayne Bertles, 31, of 83 Lindsey Chapel Road, Cedartown, was arrested on October 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine and misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Walter Justiniano SandovalRa­mos, 23, of 229 Third Street, Cedartown, was arrested on October 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI – less safe alcohol and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Franklin Ray Woods, 41, of 1045 Shiloh Road, Cedartown, was arrested on October 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table charge, simple battery against police officer/LE dog/correction­s or detention officer, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and felony obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Jason Adam Wall, 40, of 422 Sherwood Morgan Drive, Rockmart, was arrested on October 27 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of second degree felony burglary, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and misdemeano­r drugs not in original container.

Cierre Nichell Jackson, 26, of 413 Nixon Avenue, Rome, was arrested on October 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer and misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Katie Marie Reavely, 24, of 675 Metropolit­an Parkway, Atlanta, was arrested on October 27 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on first degree forgery.

Aaron Hugh Jacobo, 30, of 785 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested on October 28 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.

Juan Christophe­r Rocha, 22, of 785 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested on October 28 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault.

Joel Thomas Aker, 29, of 291 West Troutman Road, Rome, was arrested on October 29 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of tire requiremen­ts, expired tag, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Paul Bourg, 31, of 331 Irwin Street, Cedartown, was arrested on October 29 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r bench warrant, misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, misdemeano­r theft by taking, and criminal trespass.

Antionne Lamar Frazier, 39, of 427 North Main Street, Apartment B, Cedartown, was arrested on October 29 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of child molestatio­n.

Jennifer Lynn Bridges, 30, of 47 Pinewood Drive, Carrollton, was arrested on October 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violent Act (FVA) reckless conduct, FVA battery and adult seatbelt.

Joshua Thomas Herring, 39, of 6590 Highway 168, Boaz, Ala., was arrested on October 29 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of third degree forgery, fourth degree forgery, theft by receiving property stolen in another state, driving while license suspended or revoked, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle, and possession of open container of alcohol.

Matthew Ray Taylor, 21, of 108 Countrysid­e Drive, Crandall, was arrested on October 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by person below legal age, misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, resisting police officer, and possession of open alcohol container.

Matthew Nathaniel Benefield, 32, of 242 John Ingram Road, Silver Creek, was arrested on October 30 by the Polk County Police Department on misdemeano­r charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to stop at a stop sign, and driving on expired registrati­on.

Shannon C. Cofer, 42, of South College Street, Cedartown, was arrested on October 30 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and a misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Benjamin Hawk Lewis, 20, of 652 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested on October 30 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and tire requiremen­ts.
