The fol­low­ing peo­ple were booked into the Polk County Jail be­tween Novem­ber 6 and Novem­ber 12, 2015:

Brit­tney L. Har­ri­son, 32, of 411 Dew­berry Road, Lin­dale, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 6 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of con­spir­acy to com­mit in­sur­ance fraud.

Ch­a­sity Faith Craig, 27, of 3 Oslyster Drive, Apart­ment 1, Rome, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 6 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of con­spir­acy to com­mit in­sur­ance fraud, false re­port of crime, ex­pired or no driv­ers li­cense, and fail­ure to main­tain lane.

Stephanie Ann Bald­win, 30, of 624 Branch Road, Cedar­town, was jailed on Novem­ber 6 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of mis­de­meanor driv­ing while li­cense sus­pended or re­voked, and giv­ing false name, ad­dress, or birth­date to law en­force­ment of­fi­cer.

John Clint Bar­nett, 37, of 8 Allen Drive, Cedar­town, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 7 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of drugs to be kept in orig­i­nal con­tainer and pos­ses­sion of a Sched­ule II con­trolled sub­stance.

Karen El­iz­a­beth Rogers, 24, of 1401 Old Cedar­town Road, Rock­mart, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 7 by the Rock­mart Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of fol­low­ing too closely with accident, fail­ure to re­port accident with in­jury/dam­age, and hit and run.

Bran­don Wil­son, 17, of 154 Vince Av­enue, Cedar­town, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 7 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of mur­der and armed rob­bery.

Ti­mothy Brian Pope, 26, of 865 East Point Road, Cedar­town, was jailed on Novem­ber 8 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of FVA first of­fense bat­tery, FVA third de­gree cru­elty to chil­dren, bat­tery, and crim­i­nal tres­pass.

An­thony Heath Baggett, 28, of 21 Stone Edge Drive, Hi­ram, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 8 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of DUI – less safe, fail­ure to main­tain lane, and too fast for con­di­tions.

Lake­vi­ous Mon­tre Pace, 21, of 633 West Av­enue, Cedar­town, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 8 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of re­sist­ing ar­rest.

J Felix Eliseo Gra­cia, 41, of 113 Watson Street, Rome, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 8 by the Rock­mart Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of im­ped­ing the free flow of traf­fic, fail­ure to main­tain lane, and mis­de­meanor driv­ing while li­cense sus­pended or re­voked.

Robert Shane Hatch, 37, of 1702 Col­lard Val­ley Road, Cedar­town, was jailed on Novem­ber 8 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of FVA ag­gra­vated as­sault, pa­role vi­o­la­tion, and sec­ond de­gree crim­i­nal dam­age to property.

Radis Thomp­son, 40, of 158 Jay Davis Road, Tal­lapoosa, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 9 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of FVA sim­ple bat­tery, ter­ror­is­tic threats and acts, and hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or re­turn to scene of accident.

Yolanda Zacarias Al­varez, 32, of 620 Col­lege Drive, Cedar­town, was jailed on Novem­ber 9 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of mis­de­meanor driv­ing with­out a valid li­cense, and cru­elty to chil­dren – first de­gree, de­pri­va­tion of sus­te­nance.

Tyler Davis, 18, of 420 East Ella­wood Av­enue, Cedar­town, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 9 by the Cedar­town Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of mur­der: mal­ice mur­der, felony mur­der, mur­der in the sec­ond de­gree, armed rob­bery and felony first de­gree bur­glary.

Hen­nessey Frazier, 17, of 123 East Gib­son Street, Cedar­town, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 9 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of mur­der: mal­ice mur­der, felony mur­der, mur­der in the sec­ond de­gree, felony first de­gree bur­glary, and armed rob­bery.

Bran­don Chevy Coff­man, 19, of 244 Old Cedar­town, Rock­mart, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 10 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of Fam­ily Vi­o­lent Act (FVA) bat­tery – first of­fense, felony in­ter­fer­ence with gov­ern­ment property, and third de­gree cru­elty to chil­dren – al­low child to wit­ness forcible felony/bat­tery/fam­ily violence.

Bran­don Matthew Wad­dell, 34, of 141 Meadow Lakes Boule­vard, Cedar­town, was jailed on Novem­ber 10 by the Polk County Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of crim­i­nal at­tempt of child mo­lesta­tion, pos­ses­sion of drug re­lated ob­jects, pos­ses­sion of less than one ounce of mar­i­juana, and en­tic­ing a child for in­de­cent pur­poses.

James Michael Brook­shire, 47, of 809 Church Street, Rock­mart, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 11 by the Rock­mart Po­lice Depart­ment on charges of theft by shoplift­ing and im­proper back­ing.

Justin Ray Brown, 25, of 525 Long Av­enue, Rock­mart, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 11 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of re­sist­ing ar­rest and fail­ure to ap­pear mu­nic­i­pal.

Kevin James Perry, 23, of 921A, North Ten­nessee Street, Cartersvil­le, was jailed on Novem­ber 11 by the Ge­or­gia State Pa­trol on charges of speed­ing in ex­cess of max­i­mum lim­its, pass­ing in a no pass­ing zone, reck­less driv­ing, and DUI – less safe – drugs.

Mark Kevin Clark, 54, of 790 Hutchins Mount Road, Rock­mart, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 12 by the Ge­or­gia state Pa­trol on charges of DUI – driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol, pos­ses­sion of a Sched­ule II con­trolled sub­stance, mis­de­meanor drugs not kept in orig­i­nal con­tainer, open con­tainer of al­co­hol in mo­tor ve­hi­cle and fail­ure to stop at a stop sign.

An­drew Philip Comp­ton, 28, of 326 Fairview Road, Cedar­town, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 12 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of ag­gra­vated stalk­ing and giv­ing false name.

Robert Joe Farmer, 21, of 250 Berry Road, Cedar­town, was ar­rested on Novem­ber 12 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of crim­i­nal use of an ar­ti­cle with al­tered ID mark (other than mo­tor ve­hi­cle), pos­ses­sion of firearm dur­ing a crime, theft by re­ceiv­ing stolen property 500 or more, pos­ses­sion of metham­phetamine, pos­ses­sion of metham­phetamine with in­tent to dis­trib­ute and mis­de­meanor pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion for fin­ger­print­able of­fense.

Jon Har­ley Jones, 32, of 200 For­rest Courts, Apart­ment 2, Rock­mart, was jailed on Novem­ber 12 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of mis­de­meanor theft by tak­ing and crim­i­nal tres­pass.

Vic­tor L. King, 22, of 111 Ea­gles Nest Drive, Hi­ram, was taken into cus­tody on Novem­ber 12 by the Polk County Sher­iff’s Of­fice on charges of armed rob­bery, pos­ses­sion of firearm or knife dur­ing com­mis­sion of or at­tempt to com­mit cer­tain felonies, point­ing or aim­ing gun or pis­tol at an­other, wear­ing mask, hood, or de­vice which con­ceals iden­tity of wearer, ag­gra­vated as­sault, and con­spir­acy to com­mit a felony.

Larry Ben­jamin Langford, 37, of 474 Clear­wa­ter Street, Rock­mart, was jailed on Novem­ber 12 by the Ge­or­gia State Pa­trol on charges of speed­ing in ex­cess of max­i­mum lim­its, mis­de­meanor bench war­rant, and cross­ing state/county guard lines with weapons, in­tox­i­cants, drugs with­out con­sent.
