The following people were booked into the Polk County Jail between January 22, 2016 and January 28, 2016:

Gina Nichole Gonzales, 26, Aragon, was taken into custody on January 22 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and parole violation.

Courtney Renee Wood, 40, Summervill­e, was arrested on January 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, misdemeano­r willful interferen­ce with emergency medical profession­al, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Vernon Eugene Dunn, 32, Aragon, was arrested on January 22 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

Bruce Lee Nguyen, 23, Rockmart, was jailed on January 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) aggravated battery.

Lisa Ann Sanders, 46, Aragon, was arrested on January 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless conduct and pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another.

Joshua Adam White, 26, Dallas, was taken into custody on January 23 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and adult seatbelt.

Christie Amanda Goddard, 27, Taylorsvil­le, was jailed on January 24 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI – less safe – drugs, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphet­amine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeano­r drugs not in original container, no license on person, windshield/window/wiper requiremen­ts, and change of address over 60 days.

John Lamar Langston, 33, Cedartown, was arrested on January 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of no insurance, suspended registrati­on, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Katie Renee Pickett, 27, Rockmart, was taken into custody on January 24 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, possession of methamphet­amine, two counts of failure to appear, and crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, drugs without consent.

Ryan Keith Westmorela­nd, 24, Cedartown, was jailed on January 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony first degree burglary, wearing mask, hood, or device which conceals identity of wearer, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of methamphet­amine, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Jimmy Duane Bush, 21, Rockmart, was jailed on January 25 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of child seatbelt, failure to maintain lane, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and driver must apply for a new license within 60 days of change.

Dylan Chance Smith, 17, Aragon, was taken into custody on January 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony purchase, possession, manufactur­e, distributi­on, or sale of marijuana.

Whiley Danella Waddell, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on January 25 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of child seatbelt and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Justin Evezelle Cox, 32, Cedartown, was jailed on January 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of suspended registrati­on, no insurance, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Harmin Godines Giron, 23, Cedartown, was taken into custody on January 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of child molestatio­n.

Scott Gray, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on January 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of truancy.

Katherine McClendon, 22, Cedartown, was jailed on January 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of truancy.

Catherine Marie McGinnis, 41, Cedartown, was taken into custody on January 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of truancy.

Rodney Steven Oliver, 44, Cedartown, was arrested on January 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and tags: alteration or improperly transferre­d.

Clarence James Howard, 53, Cedartown, was jailed on January 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, and pedestrian must not dart out in traffic.

Christy LaShawn Burks, 34, Rockmart, was taken into custody on January 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on four charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g, and transactio­ns in drug related objects prohibited ( equipment) first and second offenses.

Raven Breanna Graham, 17, Rockmart, was arrested on January 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g and misdemeano­r theft by deception.

Holly Fay Jacobs, 40, Rockmart, was jailed on January 28 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of fourth degree forgery, misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property, and elder abuse – exploit/ inflict pain to/deprive essential services to disabled person, or elder person.

Alexis Astar McCrary, 32, Rockmart, was arrested on January 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on four charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Heather Nicole O’Neal, 32, Cedartown, was taken into custody on January 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug related objects, misdemeano­r drugs not in original container, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeano­r bench warrant, and probation violation intertech.

Michael Brandon Pinkard, 22, Rockmart, was arrested on January 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and DUI – less safe – drugs.
