Rhiannon Leigh Childers, 39, Rockmart, was jailed on June 10 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Kim Randolph Elliot, 49, Buchanan, was jailed on June 10 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol, eye protection, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain lane, no insurance, off road vehicles, and no helmet.
Mary Ann Davis, 40, Rockmart, was arrested on June 11 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol – concentration is 0.08G three hours or more, misdemeanor DUI child endangerment, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, child seatbelt, and headlight requirements.
Kimberly Ann Hayth, 49, Cedartown, was arrested on June 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, misdemeanor probation violation for finger printable offense, and misdemeanor bench warrant.
Phillip Clinton Holder, 41, Rockmart, was jailed on June 12 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol – concentration is 0.08G three hours or more, and improper parking.
Joel William Goldin, 59, Rockmart, was jailed on June 12 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony second degree burglary.
Amanda Dawn Davis, 34, Aragon, was taken into custody on June 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on 12 charges of financial transaction card fraud, misdemeanor theft by taking, and forgery in the fourth.
Denika P. Harshaw, 37, Silver Creek, was arrested on June 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on misdemeanor charges of deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499.
Melissa Ann Miranda, 38, Rockmart, was taken into cus- tody on June 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on misdemeanor charges of deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499.
Jennifer Clarice Gaitan, 32, Aragon, was arrested on June 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
Christopher L. Gilreath, 33, Taylorsville, was jailed on June 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony second degree burglary, misdemeanor theft by taking, criminal trespass, felony theft by taking, and entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony.
Justin Ray Brown, 26, Rockmart, was jailed on June 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) aggravated assault and FVA first offense battery.
Jerome Leo Vaughner, 21, Cedartown, was arrested on June 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of FVA criminal trespass, FVA simple battery, FVA simple assault, and third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness felony/ battery/family violence.
Kenneth Moore, 50, Cedartown, was arrested on June 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.
Reginald Christopher Owens, 59, Cedartown, was jailed on June 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of discharging firearms in city limits and disorderly conduct.
Amberle D. Baker, 25, Aragon, was taken into custody on June 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug related objects and two charges of misdemeanor bench warrant.
Joshua Adam Bollen, 27, Rockmart, was arrested on June 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, false report of a crime, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, and misdemeanor probation violation for fingerprintable offense.

Jesse Scott Greathouse, 36, Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA battery and ??? degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness felony/battery/family violence.
Bobby Jason Jackson, 32, Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 15 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.
Chancey Waddell Ashley, 38, Aragon, was arrested on June 16 by the Drug Task Force on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit felonies, possession of tools for commission of a crime, and sale, manufacture, deliver or possess dangerous drugs.
Rodney Jogno Patio, 26, Augusta, was taken into custody on June 16 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by deception.
Jeremy Allen Harris, 40, Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 16 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA simple battery and third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness felony/ battery/family violence.
Meghan Elizabeth Ingalsbe, 20, Rome, was jailed on June 17 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of too fast for conditions, improper backing, passing in a no passing zone, and driving while license suspended.
Ollie Morris, 36, Cedartown, was arrested on June 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.
