Jason Lee Capes, 37, Rockmart, was jailed on August 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Michael Deron Goines, 19, Dallas, was arrested on August 5 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI - driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08G or more within three hours or more, and slow poke law (left lane driving prohibited).

Steven Allen Hamtpon, 46, Aragon, was taken into custody on August 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass and intruding on a railroad.

Kayla Marie Stephens, 29, Kennesaw, was jailed on August 5 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, loitering or prowling, and crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, and drugs without consent.

Amber Deighanna Harrell, 22, Cedartown, was arrested on August 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Daniel John Zych, 64, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 5 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of no license on person and expired/no license.

Michael Shane Hood, 18, Cedartown, was jailed on August 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony first degree burglary and party to a crime.

Jason Balaam Lovig, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on August 5 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Earl Ore, 57, Cedartown, was jailed on August 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple assault and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Anthony Franklin Jones, 55, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 6 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, adult seatbelt and failure to maintain lane.

Bradley Wade Blackstone, 56, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 6 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle, tag lights required, misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Brian Tracy Keith Allen, 31, Rockmart, was arrested on August 7 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of driving under the influence, and failure to maintain lane.

Keith Clinton Coburn, 40, Cedartown, was jailed on August 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony first degree burglary.

Nagee Vernon Smith, 28, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Aaugust 7 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, reckless driving, following too closely, and driver must apply for a new license within 60 days of a change of address.

Cedric Bernard Lewis, 41, Cartersvil­le, was arrested on August 7 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, no insurance, and failure to maintain lane.

Lisa Grimes, 53, Macon, was taken into custody on August 7 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of cocaine and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Joshua Tristan Thomas, 20, Cedartown, was jailed on August 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

John Patrick Williamson, 51, Rockmart, was arrested on August 7 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of suspended registrati­on, no insurance, and acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle.

Alonzo Daniel Winston, 53, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 7 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Corey Allen Wood, 18, Cedartown, was jailed on August 7 by the Cedartown Police Department on two charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Amanda Nichole Mosley, 35, Armuchee, was taken into custody on August 8 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r theft by conversion.

Lisa Marie Owens, 45, Aragon, was jailed on August 8 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Matthew Lee Pierce, 28, Cedartown, was arrested on August 8 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and tag lights required.

Thomas Jack Dodson, 54, Cedartown, was arrested on August 9 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA false inprisonme­nt, FVA battery, and FVA criminal trespass.

Kitzi Ann Ingram, 41, Cedartown, was jailed on August 9 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of elder abuse - exploit/inflict pain to/deprive essential services to disabled person, or elder person, and two charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property.

Christophe­r Shawn Vaughn, 45, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 9 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Christophe­r Todd Myers, 25, Rockmart, was jailed on August 10 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of license: driving while license suspended or revoked.

Hermenegil­do Perez, 23, Rockmart, was taken into custody on August 10 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Tameka Danielle Thompson, 28, Rockmart, was jailed on August 10 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Justin Lee Williams, 20, Rockmart, was taken into custody on August 10 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and headlight requiremen­ts.

Akelius Vashunn Brown, 30, Cedartown, was arrested on August 11 by the Drug Task Force on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and unlawful to come inside guard lines to deliver to inmate a controlled substance, etc.

Dontea Simone Parker, 23, Cedartown, was jailed on August 11 by the Drug Task Force on charges of possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a crime.

Najawon Devonta Stallworth, 23, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 11 by the Drug Task Force on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine.

Kamari Chazjuan Sullivan, 17, Rockmart, was jailed on August 11 by the Drug Task Force on charges of possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime.

Johntaveio­us DeShawn Sullivan, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on August 11 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

James Allen Duke, 49, Rockmart, was jailed on August 11 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.

Ginger Locklear, 31, Aragon, was taken into custody on August 11 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.
