Samantha Ann Harvey, 36, Cedartown, was arrested on October 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of drug related objects and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Misty Leigh Hayes, 28, Rockmart, was arrested on October 14 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Stephen DeWayne Bertles, 32, Cedartown, was arrested on October 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property.

Christophe­r Franklin Keeton, 30, Rockmart, was arrested on October 16 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Brooke Megan Langley, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on October 16 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Efrain Peralta Tomas, 47, Cedartown, was arrested on October 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to obey traffic control device, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Ariana Larritza Reyes, 21, Kennesaw, was arrested on October 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to maintain lane.

Mary Grace Staudinger, 26, Cartersvil­le, was arrested on October 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and affray.

Alexandria Dare Beach, 31, Cedartown, was jailed on October 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony bench warrant and misdemeano­r probation violation for finger-printable offense.

Victoria Jade Hammond, 26, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 17 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of crimi- nal trespass, disorderly conduct, and affray.

Jared Levi Swindall, 21, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, resisting police officer, and bond drop.

Jamie Blair, 52, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 18 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499, and improper exhaust system.

Michael Easterwood, 55, Cedartown, was arrested on October 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of Family Violence simple battery and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Julie Lenell Ledbetter, 33, Cedartown, was jailed on October 18 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol – concentrat­ion is 0.08G or more within three hours or more, failure to maintain lane, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Billy David Heath, 50, Cedartown, was arrested on October 19 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol.

Aya Shaton Marks, 29, Dallas, was jailed on October 19 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of suspended registrati­on and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Shana Marie Turner, 32, Rockmart, was arrested on October 19 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence, and aggravated assault.

Andrew Lee Brooks, 24, Rome, was jailed on October 20 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for finger-printable offense.

Trinice Andre Crews, 37, Rome, was taken into custody on October 20 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for finger-printable offense.
