Wendell Chad Crowe, 33, Aragon, was jailed on October 21 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of first degree cruelty to children – deprivatio­n of sustenance, reckless conduct, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Sheila Ann McDowell, 50, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 21 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stephen Ray Larkin, 32, Rockmart, was arrested on October 22 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r killing anterless deer, hunting without a license, hunting without big game license, hunting on lands of another, and possession of firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

Sylvia Renee Arthur, 46, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 22 by the Polk County Police Department on two charges of battery.

Quinton Raymun Darden, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on October 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) first offense battery, FVA first degree felony burglary, and aggravated stalking.

Amy Suzanne Pointer, 37, Buchanan, was jailed on October 22 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of suspended registrati­on, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and expired tag.

Dartania Cantrez Arnold, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, no license on person, and failure to maintain lane.

Derrick Randell Hulsey, 22, Cedartown, was jailed on October 23 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public intoxicati­on.

William Gerald McBee, 64, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 23 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, DUI – less safe – drugs, failure to maintain lane, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, felony theft by receiving stolen property, expired tag, no insurance, and acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle.

Rhonda L. Sanders, 56, Cedartown, was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of terroristi­c threats and acts.

Frank Crawford Scott, 34, St. Louis, Mo., was taken into custody on October 23 by the GEO Transport on charges of felony bail jumping and felony bench warrant.

Renee Janell Shaffer, 37, Cape Girardeau, Mo., was arrested on October 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of financial transactio­n card fraud.

Patrick Shaw Waldrop, 47, Taylorsvil­le, was arrested on October 23 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, misdemeano­r drugs not in original container, and harassing communicat­ions.

Charles William Jacobs, 54, Cedartown, was arrested on October 24 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, and possession of firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

Elizabeth Gean Smith, 54, Rockmart, was jailed on October 24 by the Rockmart Police Department on two charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Candice Lynn Welchel, 26, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 24 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on three charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property and three counts of financial transactio­n card fraud.

Megan Paige Welchel, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on October 24 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on three charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property and three charges of financial transactio­n card fraud.

Latosha Denise Battle, 29, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Kiefer Ryan Beck, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on October 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Michelle Leigh Murrieta, 29, Rockmart, was jailed on October 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of child seatbelt and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Autumn B. Tatum, 24, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Lisa S. Haney, 39, Aragon, was arrested on October 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of FVA criminal trespass and false statements or writings; conceal facts or fraudulent documents in matters of government.

Aya Shaton Marks, 29, Dallas, was jailed on October 26 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Michael Scott Womack, 42, Silver Creek, was taken into custody on October 26 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Christy Green Aikens, 39, Rockmart, was arrested on October 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of second degree cruelty to children – negligentl­y causing excessive physical or mental pain.

Atoya Nicole Alexander, 31, Cedartown, was jailed on October 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on financial transactio­n card fraud.

Bailey Bell, 19, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 27 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on three charges of financial transactio­n card fraud, financial transactio­n card theft, and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

John Shelton Bray, 40, Cedartown, was arrested on October 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on two charges of financial transction card fraud, and misdemeano­r theft of lost/ mislaid property.

Neal Stone McChargue, 55, Rockmart, was jailed on October 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA aggravated stalking.

Billy Wynn M. Pinkard, 17, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 27 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Ricky Lee Venable, 62, Rockmart, was arrested on October 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Ronald Eugene Williams, 36, Buchanan, was taken into custody on October 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g.
