Jonathan Lee Ragsdale, 3 3 , Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 20 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of first degree forgery, two counts of fourth degree misdemeanor forgery, and two counts of misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.

Brent Anthony Osborn, 40, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 20 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and headlight requirements.

George De Wayne Craig ,49, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 21 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of expired registration, no proof of insurance, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Amanda D. Glover, 35, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 21 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of operation of unregistered vehicle, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Brittany Michelle Puckett, 27, Cave Spring, was arrested on Jan. 21 by the Polk County Police Department on two counts of simple assault, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, giving false name, address, or birth date to law enforcement officers, and misdemeanor public indecency (first or second conviction).

Samuel Keith Shirey, 36, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud, misdemeanor theft by taking, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Cody Michael Jones, 20, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI less safe alcohol.

Walter M. Leatherwood, 21, Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI less safe- alcohol, open container violation, and failure to maintain lane.

Blake Lamar Pinkard, 19, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Jeff Harrison Pope, 48, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 22 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, misdemeanor probation violation for fingerprintable offense, and felony bench warrant.

Christopher Blake Porter, 28, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery and criminal trespass.

Anthony Franklin J ones, 5 5 , Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of cocaine, pedestrian must walk on sidewalk/shoulder and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Timothy Joseph Beck, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 23 by t he Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Billy Jamo Flemister, 33, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 23 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of cocaine.

Tammy Elaine Porter, 47, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 23 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of terroristic threats and acts and simple assault.

George Dwaneemmerson Craig, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony theft by taking, failure to report accident with injury/ death/damage, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control device, failure to stop at a stop sign, passing in a no passing zone, driving on wrong side of roadway, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, two counts of second degree criminal damage to property, intruding on railroad tracks, violation of license restrictions and misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a minor.

Dennis Lee Harmon, 57, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 24 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of felony sexual battery against child under 16, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of alcohol/drugs inside guard line.

Demitrius LaShaun Huggins, 35, was jailed on Jan. 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Pennie Larren Shelton, 53, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 24 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and failure to maintain lane.

Debra Lynn Shook, 53, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 24 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - combination of 1-3.

Charles Edward Dyer, 39, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor stalking.

Christopher Scott Estes, 31, Aragon, was taken into custody on Jan. 25 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of license: 60 days to change address, resisting arrest, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to stop at stop sign.

Nichelle Y. Goodrum, 34, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of giving false name, address, or birth date to law enforcement officers and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Seanek A. Price, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on two charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Todd Cason, 2 6 , Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 26 by the Rockmart Police Department on a felony charge of burglary in the first degree.

Martell Deangelo Collier, 24, Cedartown, was arrested by Cedartown Police on Jan. 26 on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to stop at stop sign.

David Jemel Gordon, 49, of a McKinney, Texas address, was arrested on Jan. 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on a charge of public indecency.

Jared Levi Swindall, 21, Cartersville, was arrested on Jan. 26 by the Rockmart Police Department on a felony first degree burglary charge and a probation violation charge for a fingerprintable offense.
