Dwight Joseph Davis ,23, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on felony charges of purchase, possession, manufactur­e, distributi­on or sale of marijuana.

Kelli Leigh Pr ivett ,44, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked and ran stop sign.

Vitalina Puac, 39, Rome, was arrested on Jan. 27 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Melinda Sanchez Torres, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple assault.

Darius Jam al Strong ,27, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple assault.

Drexter Eugene Chubb, 32, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, felony probation violation for fingerprin­table offense, felony bench warrant, misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense, and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Ashley Morris, 61, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Waymon Hunter Atchley, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Dadrien Keith Hulsey, 44, Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of felony theft by deception and felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Joseph Daniel Wilhoit, 24, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Dexter C. Barnett, 44, Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 29 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of open container, defective equipment, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Peyton Edward Jannotte, 19, Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and felony purchase, possession, manufactur­e, distributi­on, or sale of marijuana.

Rachel E. McKnight, 2 9 , Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, child restraint, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Robert Sparks, 31, Bowdon, was arrested on Jan. 29 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of felony homicide by vehicle in first degree and DUI - less safe - alcohol.

Nekiesha Nicole Wright, 35, Hiram, was arrested on Jan. 29 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, aggravated stalking, obstructio­n or hindering persons making emergency telephone call, and two counts of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Coronte Malik Dawson, 20, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 30 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Clay Hulsey, 41, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 30 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA first offense battery.

Edwin Joshua Jarrell, 51, Aragon, was taken into custody on Jan. 30 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of felony theft by conversion.

Jeremy Randall Thompson, 39, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 30 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of criminal trespass, habitual violator, aggressive driving, and reckless driving.

Mary Arlene Womack, 53, Aragon, was jailed on Jan. 30 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of resisting arrest/office obstructio­n.

Jonathan Scott Brooks, 30, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 1 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to stop at stop sign and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Angel Martinez, 31, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 1 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault and reckless conduct.

Joseph Paul Messer, 3 6 , Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 1 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery and aggravated assault.

Rhonda Russell, 32, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 1 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of concealmen­t of acts and false statements or writings; conceal facts or fraudulent documents in matters of government.

Joseph Daniel Wilhoit, 24, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 1 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of violation of mental health.

Trevor Dandre Beavers, 20, Dallas, was jailed on Feb. 2 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, and two counts of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Payton Michael Bell, 1 8 , Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 2 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of first degree cruelty to children - deprivatio­n of sustenance, and battery.

Robert Carwell Frith, 24, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 2 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of first offense FVA battery, FVA simple battery, aggravated assault, terroristi­c threats and acts, false imprisonme­nt, and obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Hannah Alexandra Scoggins, 21, Athens, was arrested by the Polk County Police Department on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Harold Wayne Womack, 38, Aragon, was jailed on Feb. 2 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers and two counts of felony bench warrant.
