Polk County man facing felony theft, drug charges

ROME — A Cedartown man charged with stealing a Nissan Versa in Rome last year was arrested on a warrant on Jan. 31 and jailed with no bond set.

According t o Floyd County Jail reports:

Ayron Damon Adams, 27, of 214 Cobb St., is accused of stealing a 2015 Nissan Versa from the Ashland Park Apartments in North Rome in March 2016.

Police stopped Adams later that night on Darlington Way but he ran off. He left his driver’s license in the vehicle, along with suspected marijuana, crack cocaine and a digital scale.
