Dav i s Marc u s Huf f , 2 4 , Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Jessie Alan Jones, 35, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 3 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol, and following too closely.

Jaylan Monte Moreland, 18, Dallas, was arrested on Feb. 3 by the Polk County Police Department on two counts of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Carina Martinez Mendoza, 38, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 3 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of child seatbelt and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Tyrone Bernard Scofield, 20, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of no insurance, suspended registrati­on, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Daniel Ronald Gamel, 41, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 4 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession and use of drug related objects, no insurance, felony probation violation for finger-printable offense, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Angel D. Harper, 25, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking and giving false name, address, or birth date to law enforcemen­t officer.

Jovanny Martinez, 23, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 5 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of first degree criminal damage to property, felony obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Perry Matthew Mathis, 57, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkennes­s.

Michael Brandon Pinkard, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of armed robbery, possession of sawed- off shotgun, sawed-off rifle, machine gun, dangerous weapon, or silencer, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and intertech probation.

Kimberly Joy Basham, 46, Lyerly, was arrested on Feb. 6 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of false report of a crime and unlawful conduct during 911 call by using obscene/vulgar/profane language to intimiate/harass 911 office.

Meagan Breely Drought, 17, Rome, was taken into custody on Feb. 6 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of suspended registrati­on, resisting arrest/office obstructio­n, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Cathrine Marie McGinnis, 42, Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 6 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Joseph Hoyt Morgan ,55, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 6 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Mark Justin Williams, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 7 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of simple battery, pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another, three counts of third degree cruelty to children allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence, aggravated assault, two counts of felony bench warrant, reckless conduct, and obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Jenny Marie Ramirez, 44, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Jessie Shane Trussell, 23, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of tag lights required, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Minta Conn Barret t , 4 8 , Buchanan, was arrested on Feb. 8 by the Cedartown Police Department on three charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property.

Janica Causey Brackett, 47, Buchanan, was arrested on Feb. 8 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of elder abuse threaten, intimidate a disabled adult, elder person, or resident pursuant 5-30 or 4-8, third degree forgery, and misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property.

Jeffery Jamar Davis, 31, Aragon, was taken into custody on Feb. 8 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Isabella Constance Johnson, 26, Rome, was taken into custody on Feb. 8 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony tampering with evidence, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and unlawful conduct during 911 calls or contacts 911 and makes a false report.

Andrea Ann McAlister, 31, Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 8 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of drug related objects, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcemen­t officers, and misdemeano­r probation violation for finger-printable offense.

Christian Shay Moore, 19, Aragon, was jailed on Feb. 8 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to report accident with injury/death/damage, and hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Toni Elise Ore, 44, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 8 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of criminal trespass.

Billy Wynn Pinka rd ,17, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 8 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, felony theft by taking, second degree criminal damage to property, failure to maintain lane, misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, too fast for conditions, and leaving scene of a accident.

Blake Lamar Pinkard, 19, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 8 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and terroristi­c threats and acts.

Jeremy Michael Timms, 32, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 8 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, and criminal trespass.

Deborah Alexander Alford, 58, Gadsden, Ala., was arrested on Feb. 9 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of first degree cruelty to children, two counts of first degree cruelty to children - maliciousl­y causing excessive pain, and battery.

Daila Michelle Cain, 2 5 , Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 9 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, drugs without consent.

Devin Durrell J ones, 2 6 , Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 9 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmissi­on/reflectanc­e of windows/ windshield­s.
